Crossroads Foursquare Pastoral Staff

Aaron & Beth Ringering
Senior and Associate Pastor
Aaron serves as the Senior Pastor at Crossroads, and Beth serves as the Associate Pastor. The Ringerings have been married for 13 years and have been serving God side by side since high school. When they’re not at church, the Ringerings enjoy gardening, camping, tending their flock of chickens, and keeping up with their two kids.
Pastor Aaron is a loving and steady leader with a deep passion for the Word of God. He believes Scripture should hold the highest place of authority in both the life of the church and the lives of individual believers. He leads with wisdom and care, faithfully pointing people toward King Jesus while equipping and raising up leaders to serve, lead, and disciple others. His desire is to see lives transformed as people know Jesus, trust His Word, and faithfully follow Him.
“I have stored up Your word in my heart, that I might not sin against You.”
Psalm 119:11 (ESV)
Beth has a deep heart for pastoral care and walking alongside people through the joys, struggles, and broken places of life. She is passionate about helping people encounter the radical, life-changing grace of Jesus Christ and discover the healing, hope, and wholeness found in Him.
"Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it."
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 (ESV)

Rachel Guddat
Executive Pastor
Rachel serves as the Executive Pastor at Crossroads, bringing a strong gifting in administration and leadership to the practical needs of church ministry. She has a heart for seeing things work well and problems find solutions, but her care goes far beyond logistics—Rachel is passionate about caring for people, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, and helping others feel seen, supported, and valued.
After 18 years of marriage, Rachel and her husband, Jason, have embraced ministry as a family and include their three daughters whenever they can in church life and service. Both Rachel and Jason were raised as pastors’ kids and have the support and example of multiple generations serving the church. Jason works as a contractor in Thurston County and can often be found serving on the worship and tech teams on Sunday mornings.
"Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in Him, because we trust in His holy name.
Let Your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in You."
Psalm 33:20-22 (ESV)

Michael Hoskinson
Worship / Youth Pastor
Michael serves as the Worship and Youth Pastor at Crossroads and has been part of the Crossroads church family for most of his life. He has a deep passion for the next generation and believes in equipping and empowering young people with a strong biblical foundation, encouraging them to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and step boldly into what God has called them to. His heart for youth extends beyond Crossroads as he serves and leads at camps, youth events, and other ministry opportunities throughout the year.
Whether he’s leading a room full of students or the entire congregation, Michael’s heart for worship remains the same: to lovingly lead people—young and young at heart—into the presence of God and toward the throne room in Spirit-filled worship. A former music teacher, Michael owns multiple guitars, none of which are currently named. He is accepting name suggestions.
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."
Romans 12:2 (ESV)

Tracy Crocker
Children's Pastor
Tracy serves as the Children’s Pastor at Crossroads. She has a deep conviction that children are not too young to know and experience the fullness of God’s Word, and she is passionate about creating safe, fun, and welcoming spaces where kids can learn about their Savior, ask questions, grow in their faith, and discover what it means to follow Jesus. That same passion extends to family discipleship and equipping believers of all ages to study and discern God’s Word for themselves so they can grow in wisdom, maturity, and a lifelong love of Scripture.
Tracy and her husband, Mark, have been married for over a decade and love serving the Lord as a family alongside their daughter. The Crocker family loves spending time outdoors, adventuring with their dog and enjoying the beauty of God’s creation.
“And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.”
Philippians 1:9-11 (ESV)
